The Panaad sa Negros Festival is on its 22nd year now. This is an event that should not be missed by any Negrosanon. This year it is on April 13-19, 2015. This is an annual event organized by the province of Negros Occidental which is held at the Panaad Park & Stadium. Each of the 32 towns & cities of the province have their own pavilions the design of which is representative of its LGU. Each pavilion showcases their OTOP (One Town, One Product), festival, dances and tourist attractions. By visiting the pavilions, it seems you have visited the various towns and cities i just one place!
Since I do not have much time visiting the whole area, I just chose my favorites which are located near to each other. I must warn you that April is the peak of summer. Come in your most comfortable apparel and footwear. Bring a fan and and extra bag for your purchases.
